Ohio adult-use canna consumers will be allowed to order cannabis and paraphernalia on state-licensed dispensary websites and pick it up in person under a new proposal in a 45-page rules package that is now under consideration by state officials.
Patients would enjoy other benefits that include drive-through windows, self-serving kiosks, expanded hours of business and curbside service on a case-by-case basis.

Colorado’s governor says that while federal marijuana legalization is the ultimate goal, incremental rescheduling and cannabis banking reform are important dominoes that could help pave the way.
“Through the legalization of cannabis in Colorado, we put great regulations in place. It’s long past time that the federal government reclassify it. Is there more that they can do after that? Of course, but let’s begin with the reclassification that will make our communities safer, expand freedoms for people, and reduce costs and taxes.”

Now that marijuana is legal in Germany, lawmakers have turned their attention to the planned second pillar of reform: establishing a program for commercial sales. While the timeline for introducing that legislation is unclear, one key lawmaker has said that she’s hopeful to see a draft by this summer.
“Preparatory work on the second pillar of the cannabis laws is currently underway with the departments involved.”
