The judge in the most recent New York State Cannabis Clown Show trial gave both sides until Tuesday at 5PM to file new argument briefs and another hearing has been scheduled for two weeks after nothing was resolved. The injunction and TRO will both remain in place as the MSO’s look to join the lawsuit.

The judge said, "I do believe that there is some space that you can all find together to bring this to a resolution that allows everyone to progress. I know you can find it in yourselves. You just need to communicate with each other and come up with ideas.”
